Might be my imagination (but i dont think so) but seems all the 2025 V4s have different bars that are lower and angled back towards the rider more.
I looked at some pics and it seems they are slightly less swept back at the ends but certainly looks lower. As with my 1260, the OEM bars on the Multistradas are far too large imo, unless you intend on actually hitting some off road. I don't know if it's possible, but I think the LSL Superbike Bars are brilliant and couldn't go back to OEM.
I know its not the pikes peak but for some reason I took some pictures of the RS bars while I was there Sunday
I ended up swapping back after converting mine to the lsl bars , didn’t like it. Did help my shoulder though , I’ve fixed it now through physio and rowing a lot Happier with the standard bars
I’m getting my wheels powder coated, sticking with black, but wondering about going gloss. Any thoughts?
Just remember to use a motorcycle wheel powder coater specialist as some who do car wheels may leave the wheels in acid strip for too long and can weaken the alloy as they are thinner section than car wheels. Have mine done by Ex Dymag chap.
Recently had time while my '22 PP is in winter storage to fit the OEM Foglights: Now I just have to make a service appointment with the dealer to activate them. UPDATE (7-Apr): Bought the OBDSTAR iScan Diagnostic Scanner a couple of weeks ago, and I was able to activate the driving lights with the scanner, so no need to visit the dealer for the activation.
Looks good and also a better picture of the guards as well . The lights do give more day presence, not used them in the dark as never ride at night given the choice
That turned into a bigger job than I thought. I wanted to get my footrest hangers powder coated. Anyway, it turned into a massive pain in the arse! Got the foot pegs, rear hanger done at the same time and decided to go gloss on the wheels. Just need to find time to ride it!
Any trouble fitting the RS tail? I've fitted it on my '25 PP all fine except now the luggage support doesn't shift side to side. I did buy the '24 underside/plate to match the '24 RS top as the new PP has a slightly different tail top and underside. I believe I have just nipped a spacer or something there abouts.
