  1. Collected this today, to join the V4 PP.
Seems really clean, needs a bit of a recommission as not been ridden for a few years, fingers crossed all will be fine, seems really genuine. Belts etc on the way, but suppose Christmas will delay delivery a bit. Pictures not the best and shed's a mess, just moved house so a bit chaotic.

  6. Put a Steering Damper upgrade on your Santa List. The standard one on my Biposto was about as much use as a licquorice stick.

  7. Any particular damper recommendations?

    Asking for a friend ;):joy:

  8. What a Christmas present ! Some have been behaving better than others…

PS: I’d personally loose that huge windscreen which makes it look like the alien queen…

  9. The angle I took the picture at makes it look a bit weird I agree, in the flesh it looks ok, I'd rather it was clear though.

As Rob asked, brand? Ohlins might look out of place on the poverty spec

  11. I don't care if it looks out of place, if it works, it'll do :upyeah:

  12. I bought an Ohlins for my new 1997 916 Biposto on the advice of a friend who got sick of me moaning about the standard one. He said "why ruin a10 grand bike for want of a 200 quid steering damper."

  13. Looks like it could be like mine, a Ducati performance high screen (though mine is clear), pretty much the same shape as the original just a little higher - makes a big difference to the wind, buffeting your head at speed.

  14. Looks like you got same rear sets as my sps.

  15. Acculign.

  16. Started taking it apart.
Looks like a mouse has had a bit of a go at some of the wiring rubber, not too much.
Made me laugh to see this, the 2 names from the 80's and 90's most associated with reliability and quality.

  17. Mice chewed most of the black plastic shell of a pair spare of indicators I had in a box some years ago.
Plenty of cats around where I live now so I have not seen a mouse in 8 years.
