We have a family place 25kms from Figeac up in the hills. 6 miles to any shop etc. Glorious region I have known for over 50 years. Seen some changes in that time!
Fantastic area, pass through Figeac often on my forays. This area gets a bit more technical, great fun..
…just a bit further and you have all of the Tarn area. Sublime out of tourist season, with late Autumn days being my favourite.
Our place is the other side of Limoges in the Charente, not far from Confolens. Riding a bike in France is on another level to putting up with the shit roads and shit drivers we have to put up with in the UK.
