916 916 Decals Still Available From Ducati

They look very recently made, suspect they just print them to order from a file on a pc which is good for owners of older classic machines.

 

I’d be interested to see which type they are. As there’s a few different colours

From a current thread on Ducati.ms where a chap is restoring an early 916 there was some discussion that the current Ducati issued decals don’t fully replicate the original 90s ones. Whether or not that’s an issue depends on your level of ocd , need to have complete originality etc. it was something about the shading around the decals being different.

 

I ordered a genuine 996 tail decal from Ducati once. It was ordered against the specific model year which should have been silver but it turned up black. Not impressed.
