thanks chris, the mechanic phoned me and said he had done some homework on the issue . so its going back in next week to try and fix the problem
the mechanic tried quite a few things today with no success ,but he did mention what you have suggested above. getting the bike back first thing in the morning and i will reset the TPS. when you asked have you got yourself some diagnostic kit, do you mean something like a TEXA .
just removed the airbox to check the injectors and found this on the valves. can you recommend a cleaner to use with a small wire brush. .
It's a while since I have read this post and have just caught up. Granted I haven't refreshed my memory by reading from the start having said that I don't recall you ever considering the PC to be faulty. Why don't you remove it and see if you can get it running as it came out of the factory
recently i unplugged the PC ,but the bike ran worse. same question again, can you recommend a cleaner or just using a dry wire brush
I'd leave well alone. You don't want any of that in the cylinders. Only way to clean the valves is to have the head off and stripped. The carbon build up won't be causing a problem.
