My S4RS has a slightly swollen tank. Only issue is it’s a pita to get the clip on. Can’t find a replacement anywhere, an ali one was what I really wanted…. Has anyone got any experience of cut/shut a tank from same era to fit? Most are steel, and I know the Rs has a different underside so think that’s all that different (?) Any insights? Done or done similar with other bikes? Any recommendations as to someone who could do it (U.K.)? advice and help appreciated
