Hi, I've had my bike in the garage since last summer. Its been on trickle charge since I put it away , with me starting it a couple of times over the past 5 months. I started it recently and it struggled to fire and put an eml on the screen. What's the best way to clear this? Thanks
If the bike starts and runs reliably and there is no problem then three run cycles will clear the fault light. A run cycle is the bike run up to full temp and allowed to cool fully. At least that's normal on most bikes with EFI.
I had the same issue. Took 2 of the plugs out and cleaned them. Bike fired straight up. I left it running for 15 minutes, the other 2 plugs should clean themselves while the engine is running
