I bought my K5 1000 from the Donington Superbike Factory 3 1/2 years ago, apart from the chavvy stickers all over it, it was in decent condition for it's age
I would imagine, with so many bikes on site, you’re bound to get good uns and bad uns. Many people trade in absolutely mint machines.
Don't get me wrong, I've seen some shitters in there from time to time, but, there are some tidy bikes too
Popped over to the Kempton Autojumble this morning & seeing as the sun was shining, I decided to take a drive over to the new superbike factory at Gatwick afterwards. Wow & what shame P&H is no longer. The place was pretty busy but 95% of the stock are is a real state. Most haven’t been cleaned prior to advertising and the amount of damage on the bikes is crazy. Wasn’t a problem to me but customers didn’t seem happy about not being able to test ride the bikes either! Unusual selling technique but they seem to be popping up everywhere so must be doing something right?!
None that I recognised sadly. The guys in the clothing store next door looked familiar but I didn’t hang around very long as it’s pretty unexciting in there also
