These Genuine Ducati Aux Lights can be fitted using the Crash Bars I have listed for sale or can be fitted using their own brackets. £140 + Post
Hi Tony - I'm afraid I don't know the answer to either question. I bought them last year as used but never asked as long as they worked that was fine by me as I wanted to be able to use the proper switch. They are about £300 to buy new maybe more. I would have thought that the loom connectors may be different on newer multis. Thanks Mick
I think this discussion occurred recently and, if I recall, the conclusion was that they wouldn't. I've had a search in the 'for sale' section and couldn't find anything, possibly a post about upgrading from a DVT to a V4 and wanting to move the lights across? According to Ducati the part numbers, these are for the later model black aux lights, are different between the v twin and v four models. Though this might not be a change that would indicate the lack of interchangeability. 1200/1260 DVT vs V4.
I was pretty sure I was told I couldn’t when I swapped to my V4, hence why I bought new black ones. Tony I will have a set of black ones for sale shortly, one perfect but one scratched if you are interested? After I was knocked off the van drivers company will be paying for a new set.
As the V4S Grand Tour had the log lamps fitted as standard it's possible to purchase the lamp units individually, same unit for left and right fitment, part number 52010482B, £148.98 plus P&P.
