V4 Exhaust Options For The 2023 V4r

  1. Does anyone know if the Akrapovic belly pan slip-ons will fit the 2023 V4R? I'm not a fan of the wheelbarrow-style exhaust, and I’m also wondering if an upmap is required for the slip-ons.

  2. Yes and yes…

Options get a new full system underbelly
Or even a second hand one, although you need to look at the number of o2 ports as they differ, but anything is possible!
If you used an after market tune like a guy called Daniel Deussen I would suggest his tunes are better than the factory update, and you can have it how you want

  3. im just going through this at the moment.. 2023 SP2 with a Akra low mount system..
i have had to get the 2 extra Lambda bosses fitted to run the Euro5 map without issue.
As i understand it the Box map from Ducati also adjusts some of the DTC and shifting perimeters whish is why im going in this direction. the Deussen maps are also highly recommended though.
what i have also done is pair a set of SPF cans and an adaptor to the Akra manifolds so i can change between systems if needed.

  4. I have the Akra belly pan pipes on my V4R and they fit fine. It has the Ducati up map. Also have a Storm (SPF) 4-1 quiet exhaust that fits on to the Akro headers for UK track days (100db).
