  1. I’d explore the tolerances if you go cerakoting. I know it’s a very thin film but you could end up scratching the surface, undoing the benefits and I speak with experience :D Andy

  2. not cerakoting the concentric itself but the disk carrier and the chain guard/adjuster....

  3. well, yeah....but no...if its cerakoted its easy to clean and stops corrosion....i ride through the winter in everything...to me coatings is everything....my zed looks amazing for its age (and its been through everything)...cos literally all of it is cerakoted....!

  4. No justification necessary, if you want to be a tart, that’s your choice :D Andy

  5. Practicality....im pretty sure my zed gets 90% more usage than literally every bike on here...! :)

Anyway...back to the bearings...now i know whats in there so its one roller bearing on the right and 2 bearings that replace that big one?

  6. After joining in with this thread, I decided I had better crack on with fitting the bearings to my hub. Only smart arse here forgot the inner seal for the needle bearing :mad::mad:
Pushed it out and did it correctly the second time ;);)
