we've got a couple of chickens, i forget the name of the breed, they look like mini alpacas, anyhoo, we haven't been scoring any eggs of late. the Mr's found out why the other day.

Silkiies. yip, that's the word i was looking for. funny wee things that just roam about eating slugs and stuff. and from memory.... v, tasty eggs.
