916 Eprom Query

  1. Hi all, does the attached Eprom look familiar to anyone? What bike would you expect to see it on? It's currently on my 916 BP but not sure it is the right one for the bike. I would expect either 061 for Std and 062 for 45mm Termi/Open. Thanks.

  2. They just look like generic reference numbers. Tried using Google lens but did not get any matches.

  3. I wonder if they are factory production line EPROMs and you only get the 3 digits if its bought after?

  5. Thanks Chris - I should have 'Googled it'. I will assume I might be right then and that is a prod line EPROM which is the equivalent of 061, 54610701A. I now now need to find a 062, 546107114 as I have the 45mm Termis on it.

  7. It has exactly the same text on it as the original from my '98 Biposto so, yes it is original.

  10. Just remap it, your get a custom chip then.
