i've said many times on here, nothing wrong with disagreeing and it's nearly always a healthy way forward to reach the best compromise/solution, it's when it spills over into a personal attack that action needs to be taken, and blocking is the best answer for several of us.

 

Not sure I could cope with the adverts or if what I’m missing is going to be that interesting to bother. Andy

I’m afraid we’ll disagree on this, I’ve 5 members on block and for various reasons not just because I disagree with their posts.

For sure everyone I block and blocked by the posts are not viewed anywhere on the forum.

Go to your profile and in the drop down menu there is the people you block option. The rest is self explanatory.

I hover my cursor over my own name and "Block" is one of the options in the drop down menu. Works really well!

 

Sounds like it, mine doesn’t have a specific ‘block’ icon.

I only interact with the forum on my phone though?

 

Sorry you are right its "People you block" and then you enter the miscreants name in the box provided. Its like a virtual fly spray!

 

The purpose of the block button is to ignore the trolls. We still have a handful who didn’t defect.
