Hi guys Looking for somewhere to service my Diavel near Guildford, Surrey. Snells at Alton is quite close, does anyone have experience of them that they could share. Many thanks Roger
Excellent dealer in my opinion. Have gone the extra mile in sorting out a bunch of issues with my Multi, and I didn't even buy it from them.
+1 I bought my Multi from them and have nothing but praise for pressure less sales and my subsequent servicing and queries . Totally customer centric and a good friendly bunch. Plus the Alton station Cafe (25 meters away) No.2 Breakfast is the shizznizz
Great dealer. Worth the extra 50miles it costs me to get there. Plus the cafe is great. Loads bike mags. Technicians are chatty and helpful. My no1. Theres even a train station next door.
Just bought an ST4S from them and they could hardly have been more helpful! Very friendly and helpful. Rode the bike 126 miles home and it was great! Thanks Guys!
I also use Snell's have had 1st service on Multi, and also some additional work done by them, and purchased bit n bobs, real nice people that have a passion for bikes not just a job, have a good range of demo bikes, cant fault them, P&H is nearer to me, but are let down by the staff in the reception, when my 1st service was due I called them, and they never got back, I live chessington so its a 30 mile trip to Alton, there also a great café in the car park 2 minutes walk away
I'm nowhere near Snells but Dave (Desmo Dave on this forum) has helped me with my paddock stand, so I have nothing but good to say about the experience.
Was at Snells today, and the guys did a cracking job sorting out the idle issues, and are an enthusiastic bunch.
Very happy with Snells, just bought a bike from them and cannot fault the service and attitude, highly recommended.
Nice people. My D16RR was originally supplied by them, I bought if from the second owner. I got all of the history with the bike, but no receipts. They were very helpful and were happy to suplpy me with everything they had on the bike (bills of sale, service receipts, recall history etc). They even sent me pictures of the GP exhaust being installed. I can't speak highly enough of them.
Excellent outfit, they just need a bigger van  Have worked on both my 996 and Multi .... wouldn't hesitate to use them again .....
