The expression "rare as rocking-horse poo" comes to mind - I was looking for one for ages (literally years). You have to make sure you get the genuine one that will fit with the pannier mounts in place - some pattern ones don't. I gave up in the end and "modified" a Givi rack so that it would bolt to the pannier mounting rails. Not very aesthetically pleasing, but it works... But you never know, you might be lucky and turn up a genuine one...
