Hello, I'm selling my 748 bip, it's a1999 T reg 24 759 miles on the clock, the bike is in good overall condition, the engine is excellent , recently had new belts, oil and filter,air filters ,fuel filter.The cylinder heads have been overhauled, new valve stem seals , valves lapped,worn rockers replaced with good condition second hand parts and 2 rockers re chromed.I also replaced the va camshaft with a good second hand one.The clearances were re set at Italsport in Bury and new shims and half rings fitted were necessary.The engine now runs sweet.There is a crack in the right hand upper fairing which is an easy repair.The tyres( Michelin pilot power 3) have done about 500 miles.Chain and sprockets are good,just had MOT done,no advisories,6 months tax .I also have loads of spare parts for the bike- 1 complete engine with throttle bodies,2 cylinder heads(4 cylinder heads in total)The cams and rockers on one set of heads are in good useable condition, on the other set the openers need re chroming(2 are fine)The bottom end is in good condition apart from a hairline crack on one of the engine mounts (easy fix apparently).The engine has done about 12 000 miles, can't remember exact figure.I also have a spare rear shock and a used but serviceable clutch.Also a paddock stand,flywheel holding tool , ring spanners that fit the rear wheel nuts,a Ducati workshop manual,a Haynes manual and a manual on cd.This bike is NOT a project ,it's ready to ride and in good condition, I have loads of old Mots and receipts for work done and a fairly substantial ,but not complete, service history. £2000 for the bike alone. £2300 for the lot.
