Why the data tool? It should have a ducati alarm. I should know that's my old bike! you better look after it I miss it like crazy. Want a seat cowl for it? enjoy matt.
So your Matt lol it does have the Ducati one yes, but it's not thatcham approved. And don't worry will take very good care of it.
I wouldn't bother getting a data tool they're shite. The ducati system is better and for me had the same effect on insurance. Get a ground anchor and decent chain instead.
Ok Matt just ordered a chain and anchor, you have looked after it well Like ur new machine different.
Must say Matt don't know if it's me or not lol but it hates driving slow need a lot of clutch play when slow driving.
I have the road Angel bike trac fitted on an 848 Evo best thing I ever did, people ignore alarms these days coz there is always one going off somewhere, the minute something happens you get a text, I disconnected the battery one day as I was fitting optimate lead 30 seconds later my phone gets a text saying battery disconnected hows that for response time. My evo has full termi system in 3rd at about a ton the front lifts if your hard on the throttle Engoy the bike Gman
Cheers Vince will have to look into that, and know what you mean thought my bum was gonna fly of today lol but all get really getting the feel for it now and the roads were a bit better today
I was out today for a couple of hours, I'm down in West Sussex, took my street fighter out for a blast, I test rode the 899 yesterday now thats a nice bit of kit. Sounds like your having fun with the bike, it has loads of power all the way through the rev range.
Just you wait until u ride one with standard 15t front sprocket!... The 14t makes a huge difference! It's never as easy to ride as the Daytona/gsxr etc.
Hello and welcome  If you haven't had the alarm fitted yet, get it done by somebody qualified. Things are a hell of a lot easier that way
Just remembered something thought I would share with you, the road angel bike trac takes a sim card and there is a subscription fee, if you do a one year sub its £100 a year, if you buy a 2yr sub its £180, both can be done on line when you register the unit. Mine was due in September this year and I phoned them, they offer a 3yr sub over the phone for £240 I think it was this offer is not available on line. I did the 3yr one as it was more cost effective.
Welcome - nice bike! See you somewhere local next year I'm sure as my 848 is probably going to be locked away any day now...
