I know many on here enjoyed The 'middle-aged' Montalbano. I tried to post this before the first (of 6) was broadcast tonight (7th Sept) but somehow failed - i'm sure it will be available on the I-Player though.
Big fan of Montalbano, we've recorded it, dipped in for a couple minutes and looked very good. New series of Borgen coming soon as well.

Absolutely addicted to Montalbano, it was a bit chronologically odd when young Montalbano was aired in between his older self series, but one got used to it.
yes - didn't warm to the 'young' one and some of the plots so simplistic that even the lovely scenery shots couldn't keep me awake.
