cranker Am i right in thinking that the 748 has 50/50 weight distribution? And this set up is designed to put a bit more weight on the front. I know it’s a suck it and see thing but my bike and it is about 10percent nose heavy without this setup, do you think this would put too much weight on the nose?
what 60 40………na! why not weigh it properly with scales front and back then get your true percentage split front and rear……..at the moment you are guessing.
Andy b, I did weight it front and back with digi scales, that’s how I know how heavy it is. I just looked at the figures again and it’s not even 10 percent more like 4. (Don’t know where I got 10 from?) 85kg front 78 kg rear
divine intervention…….. 163 seems a little light if its a std bike….. what you have is approx 52 - 48 split…….you are in the right place... and finally what are you using the bike for...
It’s not standard its my duke/tlr project The bike will be road legal (only just) but it will be mainly used for track.
