Triang, just realised we're neighbours! At least I'm pretty sure we are, I've ogled your bike and van when walked past. I live at the bottom of the hill if we are on the same street. Love that bike, such a great noise.

I remember Pete & Lissa with their yellow 996. Met them on a rideout in the Vale of Belvoir. Lissa rode pillion behind Pete & Mrs H was doing likewise behind me on the GT1000. Nice people.
Yes I remember them. Never met them but anyone who mentioned them spoke highly of both of them. I seem to recall Pete was having problems with his eyes and had to give up the bike. I wonder if he knows where we are now? He used to post occasionally on Ducatisti after he left.
