  1. Hi all

I'm after a standard top yoke for my 916.

The reason I'm after one is because I had an off and where the pin locates from the clip on it has damaged the yoke.

Its perfectly useable but I'd like a undamaged one.

    What have you got?

    Cheers

    Jeff

  2. Hi Jeff - I may have one lying around as I have replaced mine with a 748r numbered yoke. Not sure what its worth?

  3. Hi JLC

Could you grab some pics of both sides please and any marks that may be on it. Then I can make an offer?

    Cheers

  4. No problem - will grab some pics for you tonight and get them across to you :upyeah:

  7. Hi Chizel. Possibly interested in the non polished one. Have you got pics of underneath?

Is is that the standard finish also, can't really tell from the picture.

    Thanks

    Jeff

  8. Hi mate, yes it's standard finish and in really good order ( for age!) you can pic it up for nothing if you want it or a tenner plus postage (as I hate going to post office!) [IMG][IMG][IMG]

  9. Hi Chizel.

Thanks for the offer and taking the pictures but it's damaged by where the pin locates.

It's what I've got on my bike at the moment, I'm after a undamaged yoke.

    Cheers

  10. sorry mate never noticed that, until you said (and ive just looked) is it important? in that, I've not dropped my bike so it must have been like that for the 3 or so years I was riding it and the bars never came loose. or is it a rebuild thing? (which I fully understand) from my limited knowledge I would use yours if thats all that's wrong... think those pins are a factory thing to make sure the bars are in same position not a safety feature.... the polished one is 100% (locator wise) and again free if u wanna pick it up.. wont be offended if don't.. you want what you want.

  11. No worries! It is fine with the yoke damaged like that, won't do any wrong to the bike.

From my off in June I'm trying to get it back to the condition it was previously in. Only a minor thing but I want a undamaged one.

Thanks for the offer on it being free and all! After a standard one, not polished but thanks for the offer!

  12. No problem mate, good luck with the quest
