Hi, went to enjoy a ride in the great weather today and...............Error 37.5 decided to prevent it! Checked online and see that it means the key has not been acknowledged. Get my brand new spare and same thing happens. Take key guard off and check the sensor is in place - it is. Manually input code into dash, light goes out and bike starts......YES. Turn off, try to restart and exactly same thing happens. So, where do I start looking to sort this one?
If it's an 848/1098/1198 the usual suspect is water ingress to the antenna. I had to replace the one on my 1198. Now make sure I don't use too much water around the ignition lock when I wash it.
Yes it is an 848. I did wash it this morning as well:frown: Christ, does this mean I better not ride in the rain either? Ducati ownership is always an expensive learning curve! Fortunately I had a H***a in the garage so I did get out for a run.
