Nope not easy at all...finding a decent apprentice is hard, most lack interest and dont like being told what to do....
got a belter last year, a wee bit older so had to pay a bit more, but got his head screwed on. well worth it. you know what it costs to run a workshop so at 7baa an hour was a bit of a gamble for a first year apprentice. but turned out to be well worth it.
I think that may be key, finding someone that has a little more maturity to take the job seriously. I must stress that this is not my business, Im just trying to reach out through the Ducati community to help out. Its a great opportunity for someone even if it involves relocating.
