So you think there were no victims? Who do you think ends up paying? The public thats who, bank will up charges or claim Insurance to cover costs, insurance will up charges to cover losses, so you, me and everybody pays and bank/shareholders still make huge profits and pay upper management big bonuses.

 

Even so, it's comforting to see the crims are going back to more traditional capers. Gotta beat interfering with old ladies and pretending to have whiplash, surely..?
