Anyone had problems after using ACF50?

  3. Not sure if this will work but mine is getting stuck too. There looks to be a bit of residual plastic on the top right. Ill take it apart this weekend and check.

  7. Yup that's exactly what mine looked like before I got it changed. My dealer was sure it was a bad batch on the newer bikes.

  8. So, do you think this could be fixed (ie, take it apart, remove the excess plastic) or is it a dealer based replacement only?

  10. Just be carefully of the spring when taking apart, cleaning the burrs from the aperture worked for me, it has been fine since, let me know how you get on
