Collected new pani r yesterday afternoon 150mls on it last night , 1st thoughts is it feels tiny compared with 1198 sp seat is has hard has feck must get a different seat very tame at bottom end ...

Do you find the comfort seat any better Jim also is it any taller with the comfort seat ,yes power feels tame cause not revved it above 6thou yet all reports I,ve seen say it gets better further up in the rev range we'll hope so ...
Extra padding is a must as it creases your ass after about few miles. The first thing I noticed after swapping my 1098 for a Pani S was how civilised it was low down but make no mistake when you take it above 7k clench your butt cheeks and hang on because it goes nuts!:Wideyed:.
yes richo comfort seat much better ,,it is about 25mm higher and seems perfect for my position on bike im 5ft 8, my panni s has had sprocket upgrade be the same as your R model now I think like big m says when mine gets to 8k now its defo got the fk me factor ,

R seat is very hard. I fitted the Race seat to mine and improvement was fantastic. More padding and a little more insulation. Not looked at the comfort seat but can recommend the race one. Davy
Fitted the comfort seat, tad more padding but after 6 hours in the saddle my derrière was spanked like an mp in a brothel!
