  5. Looking good! :upyeah:

  6. They are all now made but they need de-burring before anodising.
However, they are now closed so won't be able to take them until I'm back from valencia. So it will be on the 12th they go in.

  7. I will do Steve. I thought that you would've had a ti one!

Disappointed myself, that they are nearly there but not quite.

  8. These are still away at anodisers, just waiting for the call to collect. Should be today or tomorrow.

  9. Collected this evening. Will do a link to a new thread for these later.

  10. Are they lighter than original?

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  12. have you rounded them off with your adjustable.....

  13. No, of course not. Just a few knurl marks from the 18" stilsons :Mooning:

  14. Wish I'd seen this "thread" excuse the pun earlier, asked @Chris as I had same leak, P&H had all parts in stock, so took that option as bike was in bits, what was weird was how I found fuel inside the Multi- plug, quite worrying could e ended in a mass inferno, so to recap the leak comes for the Plastic nut? As mine seemed tight when removed, if it had split I'd of expected it to be loose?

  15. It's not the side of the nut that splits it's the flange that holds the sender, the flange is extremely thin and gets brittle with age, the nut will seem tight but as the flange cracks it doesn't put enough pleasure on the sender o ring to seal it.
    Steve
I think @Exige still has the nuts
