Goodwood Breakfast Club - Official Anyone coming down for this one?? Hopefully better weather than today! (Last month's Supercar Sunday broke all records..... 14,000 people, 1,000 cars) - and it is still free
[QUOTE"MaDProFF, post: 364116,member: 26985"]I was at the last one, really good day out, but i agree too many people there [/QUOTE] ...... but it is free
Can we have a cap on all those Ferraris please? They are getting very common around these parts recently. Perhaps older and more classic cars like the lovely TR7 should have the start line parking:Stop:
I was planning to pop along.... I always feel I should take the car to goodwood but I think maybe the bike... my mind will be made up by the weather
Going to try and convince Sarah to come down with me, which means we'll be in the car. Weather depending of course
I am going, meeting up with Sue, Harry and Neil. Will be at box Hill for 7.30 am departure. Who is coming? Probably have a ride out to the coast afterwards for fish and chips.
Given that we've been waking up at silly o'clock the last few days, if the same happens tomorrow we might well make it to Goodwood (me on my 696, now back from Snells after the replacement of disintegrated belt tensioning rollers discovered on a routine service, Andy on the 695). I've been meaning to get to one of these Goodwood Breakfast Clubs for a while. It would be good to put a few more faces to forum names, though if the crowds are huge, might be tricky.
I'd come along but I need to be back at my place to pick up a pillion by midday so not sure timings work, especially if fish and chips are an option.
