  3. Well today the weather here has been shite all day so I took the opportunity, whilst SWMBO visited her mum, to watch all the stuff I'd recorded whilst on holiday. After that I watched Moto3, Moto2 and the GP. Then I watched some of the BSB that was on today. Agent that I watched the footy, then more footy tonight. :)

    I'm now going to recheck and finish my packing as I'm off to the US and A early in the morning. :)

  4. been out on the push bike with the boy down to the beach. had a barby, in the sun. couldn't be arsed with the bike to day. seen a couple of 749's out enjoying the sun and roads.

  11. Well it took three hours to drive from my house to Manchester airport this morning and it's 30 odd miles! Traffic and road works were diabolical.

    However on my arrival at a huge line at check in I saw a friend of mine who works at the airport. Not only did she get me fast tracked through check in, but also got me fast tracked through security AND got me upgraded to business class. Back of the net. :upyeah:

  16. I picked a bucket of cherries. I also picked a bucket last night. A bucket is about 10 litres, and my plastic fermenting barrel is 60 litres, so there's still another 4 buckets to go. Cherries are small things - you need a lot to fill a bucket.
    Anyway, there will be kirsch for Christmas.

  18. Had an appointment with the musculoskeletal unit today to have my leg mobility problem assesed.Apparently my hip joint is a bit knackered and I will need a replacement.Now I know why it was difficult getting on and off my bike:(
    I will now stop looking at more bikes for my garage...............but when I get my replacement hip:upyeah:
