You could try Hood Jeans.

 

Dragging Jeans used to offer a made to measure service. I had a pair of pinky camo ones made up for my ex missus as she had a 36" inside leg. I think we downloaded a meaurement sheet from their website and sent it off. I think it was about a 15 quid uplift and took a while as the stuff is made in Oz, but they were a perfect fit.

I think you can visit their factory to try on for size, but otherwise they're just online, yes. Best to email them, I found them very helpful, and they'll send out samples of the different materials they use as well (though they forgot to put a stamp on mine so I got a discount on my jeans lol ;-)

I ordered my cargo trousers 2" longer than my normal leg length, and with the D30 armour fitted that seems about right.

There's plenty of brands out there at prices to suit all pockets. In the end though I asked around to find people who'd actually crash tested the Hoods, and they were unanimous in their praise - that was enough to convince me to get some.

I just hope they don't shrink in the same way my leathers seemed to have over the years ;-)

I've also got a 30" leg. RST make decent pair of Kevlar jeans for around £85 and they do shorter lengths.

 

If you are going to wear them over your boots buy them longer as they ride up when you sit on the bike. I end up with a gap between my jeans and boots
