Hi everyone .. Still got probs . Found that my cutting out problem, has been sourced to rust on inside of the tank fuel hole . Rust getting in past the filter & damaging the fuel pump .. So ducati shop has the bike & they quoted me for full system for the tank , aprox £500,00 I said you got to be kidding ,,, I've looked on the net just for a pump replacement ,, there are a lot on eBay from£20, to £40 & some full kits for about £170 to £190 abit more only probs is most are in USA ,, & don't really want to buy off eBay ,,, if anyone has some local online reputable parts company's that they could recommend to me I would appreciate it .. I could do with a fast turn around with it would be great Ducati shop has had the bike three weeks NOW !!!, and are going to re coat inside of tank with resin after they have acid treated it ,, as well . Not impressed that they had it this long & I had to ring them to find out how much the fuel pump was going to cost ,, after talking to service manager two weeks ago. I asked them to get a quote for a replacement. I was still waiting till Thursday when I thought I'd better ring them :Banghead:
Cheers jerryxt I'll check that out thanks I'll keep update on my progress . Make the most of nice weather while it lasts
