Not to sure if this is of any help. mainly for cars but you never know Km/h to MPH or MPH to Km/h Speedometer conversion. Lockwood Dials for imported vehicles, convert speedo meters from Kmh to Mph. for import cars.

Then cycle the display to set "unit". Hold down on the mode key until it says "ecu". Then cycle through the regions to select the correct setting - EUR for kph I should think.
