  1. Not sure that this has been posted but there are now Three options available from SC Project. Personally I like them although the CRT option looks a little wrong to me.

Anyway enjoy: DUCATI MULTISTRADA EXHAUST SC-PROJECT

  2. Nice that they offered these 3 versions to suit all palats!
I prefer the small oval but I don't mind the innovative look of the CRT... maybe a bit too small for my taste!
I think short and fat exhausts give the best shape to the bike.
That's why I got myself a Termi stubby. (yes, with LV decat, K&N filter and CJS remap on due)
    Can't wait for it :D

  3. Once you've done the cjs tune you shall be known as super slug :upyeah:

  4. Slug, I have a LV de-cat and an original exhaust fitted to my 2011 MTS. I want to fit a sexier can, does your can slip straight onto the LV de cat and if I went down the same route as you what else would I have to do ie fuelling ecu etc?

    Advice needed

    Jase.

  5. Do you get a melted indicator? I had to change the size of my Uk numberplate as it melted on my termi full system.

I see the exhaust is pointing right at the indicator.

  6. I'll let you know this weekend when I'll fit the whole thing.
About the fueling, apparently it's strongly adviced to get a remap in order to get smoothness and a good power response in all range!
Chris at CJS racing in Bristol is able to work out the stock ECU.

I will let you know the results in 2 weeks :D

  7. I believe that is an issue that the full racing Termi has... the Termi stubby shouldn't do that!

  8. Cheers looking forward to the out come!!

  9. My Multistrada came with an exhaust

  10. Interested to hear from anyone who's got this system fitted, particularly the road legal version with the removable baffle. I was going to go for a full Termi and a CJS remap but the cost was prohibitive. The cost of this system looks quite reasonable by comparison.

  11. No Cat

  12. there's definately a cat on post #10

  13. Termi stubby are road legal (because you're supposed to use them with the stock cat box) so you can totally relax :D

Anyway, with some research I paid pretty much the same money for the LV decat and Termi stubby but, again, I think they look better than many others on the market and the price is kinda alright. Curious to hear from CJS about their quality if he'll ever work on one of those systems... but especially curious to hear them!
Am I blind or it doesn't mention anywhere if the decat has a baffle or if there's just one in the can? Also is it removable?

  14. I had an SC Project exhaust on my KTM, quality was good, maybe not as good as the likes of Arrow. I have not known of one of their exhausts having a baffle anywhere other than in the end can itself which has always been removable. If you look at the pictures of the Hyperstrada on their website you will see they have followed the idea of LV with a sort of collector box in the mid pipe although it is not clear whether the Multi follow this theme.

SC Project are well known in the racing world and are very good at responding to any questions I have raised with them in the past. If you need more info just drop them an email through their contact section on the website.

As for sound I am sure they will be posting up a video clip shortly, they usually do. You can always check out the Streetfighter version albeit not the same engine as the Multi, but will give you an idea.

  15. So it looks like the stubby it is pointing at the indicator as well although it's quite far and I don't think the flow it's hot enough to melt it...
Will see with some time :D

  16. A follow up on this thread. can anyone feed back on the SC project system. Looks good, good price and apparent good heritage. Wonder about noise levels with baffles in and any disadvantages. SC Project claim no problems with fitting re panniers etc.

Just wonder if anyone has gritted one and can feed back.

  17. Just to bump on Spanish's request above, be good to get some feedback from owners with this system fitted?

  18. I've been running an SC Project exhaust for around 6 months now. No problems fitting it, just lots of springs to attach. It sounds good with the baffle in, I personally wouldn't run it without as it'd be ear splitting.

I don't think build quality of the end can is quite as good as arrow, but it matches the bike in terms of care required.

At first I ran it with stock fuelling (2013 bike) and it felt fine. But I've since added their air filter and a tuneboy to adjust the mix. On a richer mix it feels more responsive.

It is catching my indicator, not melting but there is some discoloration. Overall I'm happy it matches the look of my bike better, sounds good and fits perfectly with the pannier.
