Good luck mate, I know what no sleep and constant back pain feels like after my off 3 weeks ago, luckily my spinal fractures just require rest to heal so I've no idea how much pain you must be in if you need surgery because at times mine is unbearable
i'll be rereading my copy of The Mystery Method and The Game by Neil Strauss..the pick up artists bibles...i'll try and send some pics from the hospital bed x
Thanks again everyone for your support. im a bit anxious but thats to be expected i guess. i just want to get my life back, get fit and get back to everything. Im off to iron and pack my stuff and try and get an early..no grub till tomorrow night! xx
Good luck from me too! Although I also have a back problem (trapped sciatic nerve) and am in constant, but varying, pain, it's nowhere near as bad as yours. I know that I will need surgery at some time in the future so can only wish you a speedy recovery and hope you're soon back on here telling us all about it!
All here rooting for you funky I got some ironing you can do to keep busy Don't forget your toothbrush
My thought are with you, your family and friends. See you on the other side. I'm going to give you three, yes three smiley faces and we know how much I like using the smiley faces
Well as I write this Funky, you're probably just stirring.....its 19.35hrs.......so get back to your normal irritating self and wind a few more ppl here up ! good luck my friend, I hope all has gone according to plan.......
Had mine done L4/L5 last June. Best thing to happen to me for years, can sleep at night now and am no longer zonked out by painkillers. Just done 2400 miles around Europe on the Mutley after 2K miles doing LEJOG in May and not a whisper of stiffness or pain from my back. Good luck with the rehab, you'll be amazed how quickly you get back on your feet.
