Has anyone fitted the optional extra baffle kit also known as the db killer to there LeoVince decat'ed system? Your thoughts please?
It only fits in the OE end can and makes three parts of F all difference. I had hoped it would fit in the LV pipework but it doesn't so it is only of dubious use if you still have the standard Ducati end can. Exhaust gets very hot without the cat to absorb the heat although I have had no problem with the standard panniers or number plate melting. IMO there has to be a cheaper alternative, I just haven't found it. Andy
Have been looking at this too after fitting decat, seems expensive for what it is, not sure if a normal aftermarket baffle would work as well, just need to take end off to check what size it would need, a cheaper 1st go at between £13-19 on eBay ?
I purchased the db killer when I got my Leo Vince Decat pipe, it's been sat in the drawer since. I like the noise and it passed its first MOT this week with the Decat on so the db killer is not going on. Anybody want to buy it ? Brand new , unused
Hi I have just bought a Pikes Peak with the Leo Vince de cat pipe on it ( & short carbon termi). Do you still have the DB killer & still looking to sell it? Cheers Greg
anyone that have a video of the difference with the buffler on/off with leo vince decat and Termi slip-on? Just installed the decat today with termi slip-on and the sound is massive! I just want to know how much its decreases the db if my neighbours starts complaining...
