California Superbike School level 1 at Brands Hatch today. I had no idea what a motorcycle was really capable of until today. I had her leaned over pretty far I thought and by the end of the day I still couldn't really believe how much it gripped at silly angles. What a rush. The school is incredible, even for someone with only a month on their licence and 1600 miles under their belt. Tremendous day. Exhausted.

  5. Awesome. I was there on Tuesday.

Well worth it for me, I was really enjoying my CBR on Brands and I just know my skills are now much improved for my Euro tour coming up in a few days.

  8. Awesome mate, glad your enjoying it, don't do what I did and throw it down the track though lol!! I suppose your learning properly though rather than going out giving it the biggun like me and then too much throttle and too much lean you not what that =.............

Just enjoy man your going to be one awesome rider!!

  9. CSS is the best possible way to learn to handle a bike without the distractions of road riding - they teach in a very progressive way through the first three levels so it does take some effort to throw the plot away. And then you realise just how great a Mutley is on track - if you keep it smooth, the long-travel suspension doesn't matter and it moves like any of several proverbials. Congratulations on getting into this so early in your motorcycling career!
