This is the Superleggera system. Change my plans and need money towards something else PLEASE NOTE, "The headers - the short pieces that connect directly to the engine heads - are stainless steel, this is for temperature reasons, overheated ti is not good. Everything after the front and rear Stubby header outlet pipework, is titanium, the U bend/hoop, Y pipe and Front Sidepipe and ofcourse the Silencers" Willing to ship at cost to buyer and if paying by paypal buyer would have to bare the cost of paypal fees unless there happy to send payment as "Gift" so no fees.? Bike also for sale (£9150 ono, '13 plate Cat D 514Miles old, few scuffs/marks, Ohlins damper, carbon clutch, gen and swingarm covers, New fitted Fibreglass race fairing and tank cover)
Nope. It'd plug and play mate. If you want every last RWHP out of your bike, remap would be worth it. I took up and down our road and first time I pulled the throttle in first from a crawl it caught me out when frontend started coming up and nearly lost my grip. The difference from standard is shocking, in a good way though. lol
Sorry, You are indeed correct, I should of added that the Superleggera Akrapovic System uses S/Steel header outlet stubby pipework, for the reasons of heat and longevity, according to steve at MR and also the guy who was actually involved in the design/making of the Superleggera project. A quote from what he said, "The headers - the short pieces that connect directly to the engine heads - are stainless steel, and stay that way regardless of whether bike is in standard or race kit configuration. As stated before this is for temperature reasons, overheated ti is not good. Everything after the headers, is titanium"
