This has happened to me twice now on my last 2 rides, first one was the left indicator light glowed dim and stayed on for about 20miles, next time it was the oil light again dim and stayed on for about 20miles. I've not noticed any damp on the instrument cluster but what else could it be?
First thought - sounds like its time for a change of clocks under warranty. You could try unplugging the clocks and plugging them back in again (battery disconnected) incase its a high resistant joint. its not easy to get to though.
Mine is 2011 so out of warranty, might try disconnecting the clocks and clean up the connectors. Cheers
That won't help, it's moisture ingress. If the bike has a FDSH try and get a replacement set under good will.
