not seen those on a multi before tbh, they arent mono blocks I dont think? If they are, they are off another make..
that's what I thought , the previous owner must have liked them black , rear spring is too , ah well thanks for looking Bradders
Not seen them on another one but I think they look the dogs danglies and suit the colour of the bike nicely
cant see all the bike but the centre stand handle is black, maybe the pegs?? Job lot of powder coating
Yes they do look good , it was just a bit of a mystery to start with , small led lights are black too !
Hi Neo No I got a 3 stage spring made, the guy that got it made for me worked out what NM each stage should be. the stages are 120nm, 150nm, and 180nm At the time I was close to 20 stone and the wife was ... well lets say over 12st and with full luggage the old spring just colapsed We have both lost some weight now I'm 18st and still losing, but I wont be changing the spring until I hit 14st if I can. The guy that made it for me is called Teut he runs a suspension work shop from his house in Preston The sprig cost me £150 to have it made from scratch that was including all the calculations for each stage. I got hold of him through another forum his site is here TW Suspension Tech, North West's Motorcycle Suspension Set-Up & Tuning He has all the info on the dimensions of the Sachs spring so you may get it for a bit less than I had to pay. I had 2 made in the end but I stuck with the first one as the second one was a little bit to stiff.
They are standard calipers coated black, not monoblocs. The spring looks like a standard one too, coated black. I guess the previous owner went for stealth as previously commented.
