1199 New 1299 Panigale For 2015

The cheap talk all over the US Ducati forums are saying its 1299 Suberbike replacement for the R only, 1199 base through S will still remain ?..
The photo is from a Ducati Dealers convention MotoCorsa of Portland OR have been N0.1 Ducati sales for around 10years & won again supposedly this pic was leaked on MotoCorsa FB page then removed the same day. This is were all the speculation is coming from.

 

It will be for this next year just like with the 1008 change then a yea for so after all 1299....

 

Hi all, I was just about to pull the trigger on friday and buy a lightly used 2013 1199r until I saw the possibility of a 1299 announcement coming soon.
Im not too bothered about getting a 1299 but i was wondering if anyone thinks I might get the 1199r a bit cheaper after the announcement?

 

Wasnt the 1098r actually an 1198?

 

and the 996r a 998cc

and the 998r a 999cc

and so on...

 

and a base 999 and a 999S a 998

 

They'll be bloody super charged next like the new Kawasaki coming out. Crazy.

 

But on passed performance the 899 Supercharged won't be but the 899R will

 

If we have a new 1299 then when can we expect the 899r/s/evo?

 

MCN analysis says the 1299 is to bring back the midrange torque that some think the 1199 is slightly lacking, and that it definately will not be able to run in WSBK. Also they think it will incorporate the more advanced electronics that the Superleggera has such as wheelie control. I actually think this will be the ace card in terms of reviews as most people only think the HP4, etc is better because they are easier to get to grips with at speed.
