Tbh I just couldn't be bothered with getting wet. Normally doesn't bother me but combine that with fallen leaves and it's less fun. In a months time they'll be gone and you can crack in s pace again
I was planning on joining but night before I did Yeovil - Christchurch in torrential rain ....loads of standing water, shit from farms and fields (PR4's were ace, not one step out despite my best efforts) and when I checked the Met office site the rain was lined up from Christchurch to Oxford on Saturday morning .....so I spent the time reproofing my leathers. Looking forward to the next time guys .....don't leave it too long. Unless you want to come on down this end.....trouble is Oxfords a good central position.
I'll be about on the Thu30th Oct, down your way. Ride out to Honiton and the surrounding areas. Leaving Alton around 8:30am. Just a mate or two, seaside pint of shandy and Fish n Chips lunch, then back up to Alton to collect the PP..
Would love to tag along if thats ok ? Happy to trundle up to Alton its only an hour away, save trying to work out somewhere to meet along the way
