Ive little sympathy for people caught drink driving. (Actually I have none at all) We all know the rules and we should all understand why we shouldnt. I hope they introduce it down here too. But I do wish they'd be as zealous catching mobile phone users as much as they are at catching drunk drivers.

What you need to understand about Surrey is that there are many rich and influential "old boys" living there, who probably go drinking with the magistrates. Surrey is many very ancient towns and traditional country pubs in the middle of nowhere. Pretty much every one going to these pubs is getting there by car, and then driving home down pitch black empty country roads at 2am after a lock-in session, which may have included the local cop. Not that I'm singling out The Fox inn Vintage Inn - The Fox Coulsdon Common And not that I ever did that with my mates when we were 16 years old and had just got our driving licenses, or crashed hideously when racing drunk on the way home.
