Evening all, thought I'd say hi and introduce myself. Bought my first Ducati last Sept, a 1199S Panigale. Love it to bits, fell in love with them the first time I saw one. The missus said I could never have one because of the cost, well last august we separated (thank god!) and now single guess what was 1st on my shopping list I also own a GSXR1000 Track bike and love track days, doing about 10 a year, mainly Donington, Cadwell, Snetterton, Rockingham and Mallory but looking to go further a field this coming season Owned many a FireBlade and GSXR1000 in the past having been biking for around 25 years now Many of you may have heard of or dealt with CornerSpeed a Ducati Service Center in Notts, Neil (owner) is a long time friend of mine and works almost next door to me. The prevous owner of my Pan had had it serviced and looked after by Neil which was a contributory factor in buying the one I did. Lived in Mansfield all my life until the split and I'm now living in Alfreton Derbyshire just a few miles away from the Derbyshire mecca of motorcycles Matlock. Looking for tips and tricks and any info regarding the Panigale Cheers guys!
Evening and welcome to the madhouse, nice bike. I had the same convo with my ex missus wanted new bike she said we couldnt afford 6mths after splitting and not having to supply her in handbags and shoes I got a new bike, that was 7yrs ago Never looked back.
I'm just down road in Chesterfield if you fancy a blast to Matlock in summer. Nelly services mine too
Hey stevo.... Hello there. Why did you have to go and put a picture of the gixxer up? It was going so well
Welcome from another 'Noob'. My inlaws live in Mansfield so when the Mrs heads there I generally go on the bike and take a trip into Matlock. Can't wait for the weather to brighten up to get out more!!!
Welcome. I too am new to the forum after recently buying a 748r . Not knowing any fellow Ducati owners it would be good to meet like minded souls for a blast. I live in Mansfield so a run to matlock would be good when the spring arrives if anyone is interested. Thanks Steve
