We (C,J, H, I) saw you leaving Lucazade - just missed you.... we were at the falconry being swooped upon by a large bald headed eagle! A lot of classic cars out on the roads yesterday.... but many thanks to Jimbo for publicising Groombridge. Very enjoyable - even though we had "Sahara rain" on the way there ! So much for polishing the bike before I left . Hope everyone got home safely.
Thx to all for coming along. I counted about 40 Duc's, not a bad turn out. I had to leave early, so apologies if I did not get to say goodbye.
as Sue says, Thank you for publicising and rallying the troops Jim! This was the best one for a few years for me.
Really enjoyed the event and great to meet you all ! Took the slow way back to Brighton by mistake , Sunday driver etc and pretty much slow cooked my legs . How hot can that engine get !
Great day, good to see some old faces and meet some new, many thanks to Jim for his work. Seriously hot and though and I too sat in a cold bath when I got home! Mark
Jerry thanks for your thoughts. Im so pissed I missed out on this ride out. Had all my Costa stops planned! My buddy is having to have a plate fitted in his wrist but he is being really up beat about it all. Im going to try and get his bike sorted for him whilst he is recovering as a surprise. Mainly cosmetic and clocks. Keep me out of trouble
Bikerbabe as could not find you lot and was getting hot in leathers I had to go without saying bye bye's Sorry. I swear it got about 60C when I was departing Did not have to warm the bike up.
Unedited. Hope you can see them https://www.facebook.com/media/set/edit/a.10151040371301009.419980.725796008/
Nice day, very warm but better that than the drizzle on the way down! Good event, nice to see some old faces and still be recognised even though haven't socialised for a year or so, instantly made to feel welcome by Chris and Crystal John and entertained by the wisdom that is Lucazade  A special thanks to Andy for the use of his locker/car. Nice to see Jerry and Andy's RS's and in general a quality little display of Ducati's
they all told me they enjoyed it! Number 1 son enjoys talking to Andy and Micky and now he knows a 'mad German guy' too : )
