  1. Selling my bikes to fund my 1098/748 project.

2007 VAN DEN BOSCH SXV 450. I've stripped the bike, shimmed the valves in the engine, reassembled the bike with grease/ locktite/ And a torque wrench. The engine has had the crank seals done by Aprilia Racing and has a GWR Crank And rods.
Full factory Ohlins suspension setup with Ohlins rear spring and dyno session of the rear damper to prove functionality.
Motul fluids everywhere (it's either Motul or Agip... I use Motul).
Brand new RK chain and Renthal sprockets, steer head bearings, and fully removed/ serviced swing arm/ linkage bearings.
Slipper, quick shifter, brakes, engine, suspension, all work very well and as intended.

    This bike is ACTUALLY

    READY TO RACE!

I can build an Ohlins TTX SUPERMOTO spec rear damper and can arrange to do forks for anyone interested.

I work at the Nurburgring and have the bike with me. I'll transport it to the UK and deliver it south of Birmingham for 4800 pounds. I'm open to offers as I'm funding a race bike project. Will trade/ PX for ducati 1098/1198/848/ S1000RR. Damaged or intact.

The bike Has a Daytime MOT until April 2015, and comes with a V5. It is currently Sorn.

    2004 CBR1000RR Race bike.
Nitron NTR46 race pro rear shock with hydraulic preload adjuster, ohlins piston kit in the front forks.
CBR600 RR rear wheel to change the profile of the tire.
Braided goodridge lines, brembo 19x20 master cylinder
Race/ standard shift pattern adjustable rearsets
    Quick release fuel cap
Slipper clutch, ellegidly has ported heads and aftermarket cams (definatly stronger than a standard CBR), micron slip on exhaust.
Professionally painted race bodywork, foam race seat. Carbon engine covers.

This is a race bike so it has no V5. The body is slightly scuffed here and there from bring on and off crates to Spain for track days and van trips. It has some scuffs on the bottom of the bike from where he was getting a lot of lean angle but its never been dropped by us. No evidence of a drop from what I have seen.

The bike was bought for my dad to use, he's been out on it for 3 weekends since he got it in 2011 and it hasn't really been used. Too much space and money caught up in storing it so it needs to go.

    3000 pounds Firm.

  4. Emerson is our winter lodger, he works for ohlins at their development center. My garage is full of bike stuff being worked on at the moment. The Aprillia is a nice bit of kit.

  5. Both bikes really are awesome. All of the road friendly-ness has been removed So they're just a good time, all of the time :).
But I've really got a fixing to build a wild 1098/748 hybrid so these things need to move on. I think Ebay is the next step but I wanted to give you lot first go at them.

  6. Good luck with the sale :)

  7. Nice heat :)

  8. I am open to reasonable offers on both machines. If I sell, we can make a deal on delivery.
