  14. It was in another league altogether, rode it to LeMans in 1983 watched Alan Carter win the 250 race then rode home in the snow!!! Ha ha Good times :upyeah:

  16. I had a 250LC in 1981, one of the first (V reg) had it sat waiting on my 17th Birthday with L plates, the world went crazy after that, just sneaked in before the rule changes. Passed test at 17 and 3 months and bought a Z1000 :Happy: turbocharged it at 18 :D - skinny 110 & 120 tyres and single opposed piston brakes to go with the turbo :Wideyed: good old days for sure!
