Nelson, cheers but I've already done that. It's a no-go they can't do anything. Bradders, apparently and I may have been informed incorrectly but the Nemasis ECU over rides the dash somehow. Like I said they're just down the road in a shed so I'll pop in and see them when I get back from Jerez.
It won't be impossible to immobilize an immobilizer no matter where it is, it's only a switch after all. It's whether all the work involved is worth the result. Interesting thread this though, I actually presumed the Nemesis ECU would be quite good with how well their TC is rated. Live and learn hey.
research the clock speed of the two items......... i dont really know what that does but i know if it dont go fast enough the item won't be able to cope with a) the testa stretta side ignition pick up,(the 1098 is radial), and b) anything that has got a mildly increased compression ratio.......
So some good news sent my nemesis to see if it could be repaired. they got ut yesterday and fixed it today will have it back tmrw. Now i have a 1098s racing ecu for sale that i dont need
Thanks Chris, much appreciated - thought I had lost the key card, but a thorough search and it came to light, all good to go now.
