That's like 'Road Rash'. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-z_-wcLSvg...s1600/road_rash_-_1992_-_electronic_arts1.png Yorkie
Down hill into left-hander must have been interesting too.... or was it national circuit.? Where did you finish up? Am at Anglesey this Friday, four wheels not two though...... think it's going to be wet.
You're right about two start finish lines....l've only used the start finish straight in front of the new garages leading into turn one. This start here is the bus top, leading down what's left of the cork screw and then left or right depending on international or national. I've only ever driven the different configurations in a car, would think the coastal layout would be epic on a bike, with the cork screw (technical) and church (flipping fast!).
Looking at the photos again, I think I'm wrong about where they have started from...... think that's the start in front of the new garages. Sure someone will be along soon to put me straight....lol
It's in front, so you have the sea on the right as you line up and T1 is a nice fast 90deg left hander the banked hairpin then church and opp to the straight
Bike racing is done on the Coastal circuit (ie mini corkscrew circuit). International is used for bike trackdays as more bikes can be on circuit due to additional length. I have never used the national v- cars only I think. The current start point is in front of the new complex. Then its an open left to the Banking (banked right hand 180' turn) then onto the scarily fast at times open sweeping right hander church corner. PS, I was not out at the weekend, I was just playing with camera and helping a couple of guys out in SS600 class.
