The gist is that filtering is not illegal per se, but you might be committing offences in the course of doing it. Also you should filter with great care, and if an accident occurs when you are held not to have been filtering carefully enough you may be found wholly or partly to blame.
Bloody windy on Monday and they shut the QE2 bridge resulting in my feeling smug over all the poor car drivers. Proper Filtering!
Looking at both the traffic and the weather makes me so glad that I moved down here. There are more vehicles in your video than I normally see in a day riding around here.

They way you've edited that to speed up at times makes it look like a video game. Especially when it appears your "bumping" Into vehicles when pushing the bike back and forwards to filter
